From Mexico to your kitchen in a few groovy steps

On a hillside in Mexico lives a spiky blue plant known as the Blue Weber Agave plant. Agave Nectar is organically grown and comes from this plant’s pineapple-shaped middle, called the piñas.

Our Mexican Groovy Food amigos collect the milky white juice of the piñas, filter it, heat it a little, and then wait. Then wait some more. Then after some time, the juice turns to Agave Nectar concentrate (it’s something to do with enzymes, so they tell us).

Next, our muchachos ooze the nectar into squeezy 250ml bottles, label them lovingly, and send the sweet stuff on a short (cough) boat trip to us in Devon. Finally, we deliver the sugary shipment to sweet-toothed members of the nation.

Throughout, there's no unnatural meddling. No artificial thingamajigs. No neon colouring. Or brain-fizzing chemicals. Just pure Agave plant nectar. Ready to drizzle and delight your body.
