
The tips below have been written as a result of our experience so far of trying to deliver orders successfully. If followed, your order should be delivered without a hitch.
- Your order is usually delivered between 9am & 5pm, Monday – Friday by a courier company or Royal Mail. Please ensure that someone will be able to receive your order at the delivery address you give.
- The courier/Royal Mail should card you to let you know they have tried to deliver if you are out.
- Please read our "Delivery Terms and Conditions" regarding what happens if you fail to give an address that our courier/royal mail can deliver to.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- We will endeavour to have your order delivered within 5 working days.
- Every effort will be made to deliver your order successfully.
- If nobody is in when your order is delivered, the Courier company /Royal Mail should card you.
- If you have not responded to the cards and make no contact with ourselves or the courier company then after 4 days the courier company/ Royal Mail will return the goods to The Groovy Food Company. If this happens The Groovy food Company will have to charge a full redelivery charge to resend the goods out to the customer.
